At Jamie Young Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique home furnishings; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials and boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for oversized furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, minus applicable restocking fees.
